Fair Grove Lady Eagles beat out the Diamond Wildcats in Carthage 62-52. Diamond’s Junior, Grace Frazier’s 40 points, wasn’t enough to stop the multiple scoring Lady Eagles: Ashton Bell (26 pts), Brooke Daniels (16 pts), Kameron Green (7 pts), Camdyn Hart (6 pts), Emma Padgett (3 pts), Allison Findley (2 pts) & Abbey Green (2 pts). Fair Grove lead 20-11 after the first quarter, 30-25 at the half and 46-34 after Q3. The Lady Eagles advance to play the Class 3 State Quarterfinal 3 on Saturday at UCM against Mansfield Lady Lions at 3:30 PM.
